PAYMENT AND REFUND
1. Via Wise or debit/ credit card2. Paypal is also available but will incur 5% Paypal fee3. You will receive full refund if your order con not be working on due to my personal reason; or full and 15% extra if announced after the deadline.4. Pay 30% after dealing and finish 70% after finalizing the draft.5. If the commission cancelled midway, you will not receive a refund.
6. For gacha/ surprise me order, pay 100% after dealing.7. If not receive payment and response within a month after sending the draft, the order will be cancelled. You will not be refunded.
GENERAL
1. DO NOT use my work for AI /NFTs.2. ALWAYS credit artist [ Doni Dol] when posting commission on socials /showrooms, etc., and when using as avatar, banner, etc.3. If you do not want your commission posted or credit the artist, your order is considered a private commission, and you will need to pay for the private option. However, DO NOT claim as it is other people's work.7. I have the right to use non-private commission for personal and promotion purposes, and you will be credited.8. Do NOT use normal commission for commercial/ promotion purposes.9. Editing is only available at draft section.
FREE AND EXTRA SERVICES.
1. I will edit the sketch/ support printing two times for free.2. Except the case of my mistaken, any request after a week since the delivery will cost.3. Paypal fee is 5% extra.4. Private commission cost 1.5% extra5. Commercial/ promotional commission cost doubled the price.6. Urgent deadline( less than one month) fee: +5%.
